How to be in shape in our stressful life? You just need to use simple natural ways how to be healthy.

Let me introduce to your attention my own example.

To keep in shape, I exercise every day and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. I also enjoy using alternative treatments to help me stay healthy and relaxed.

Massage 

Sometimes my work is really stressful, and I have trouble sleeping at nights, so once a week I go for the massage. I love lying on the table for an hour while a massage therapist rubs my muscles. It’s such a nice way to relax!

Aromatherapy

Sometimes I use aromatherapy as well. I burn peppermint or fir oil when I want to wake up and work. I keep lavender in my pillow to help me sleep all night. I think good smells can really help you get through your day.

Herbal Remedies

I enjoy taking remedies for my day-to-day problems too. I drink chamomile, anise or mint tea to relax, and garlic pills to avoid getting a cold. I prefer not to take aspirin or other chemical remedies.

Acupuncture

Once a month, I get acupuncture. At first I didn’t like the idea of the needles, but it really doesn’t hurt. The Chinese believe that acupuncture helps people clear energy blockages in your body, making your body and spirit healthier.

And besides, from time to time I try some of the following natural remedies:

Reiki, acupressure, reflexology, magnet therapy, herbal baths, homeopathy, yoga, meditation, art therapy, music therapy,… of course there are many more which I’d still like to try.
